MassAFP Committees generally meet once or twice each year and no more frequently than quarterly. For the most part they are held at the Massachusetts Medical Society located in Waltham, Massachusetts or at a hotel in the 128/Mass Turnpike area. Whenever possible the business of all committees is handled by e-mail or conference call.
Residents and students members are welcome on MassAFP committees and are encouraged to apply for an appointment.
Committee reappointments and new appointments are made during April and May and then presented to the Board of Directors at their June meeting. Additional new appointments are made throughout the year.
