Mission & Vision Statements
The mission of the Committee on Resident and Student Affairs (CRSA) is to provide a forum for resident and student members of the Massachusetts Academy of Family Physicians (MassAFP) to meet and discuss successes, issues, concerns, problems and potential solutions encountered in resident and student life. In addition, the mission of the CRSA is to develop leaders, from within its ranks, to serve as resident and student members on the MassAFP Board of Directors.
The vision of the CRSA is to provide resident and student members with a statewide networking system to support and validate the choice of family medicine as their specialty, and to support each other in their career choices.
