The Massachusetts chapter of AFP is excited to host the 2026 Ten State Conference!
The Ten State Conference serves as the regional meeting of physician and staff leaders from 13 state chapters of the American Academy of Family Physicians representing the upper Midwest and East Coast, including Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.
This annual gathering brings together primary care leaders to share insights on leadership, professional development, current issues, and chapter best practices, fostering collaboration and innovation across the region. The conference provides a unique platform for healthcare organizations, technology innovators, and industry partners to connect directly with decision-makers shaping the future of primary care.

Airport Transportation (To/From Logan International Airport)
The Omni Parker House is located approximately 3 miles from Logan Airport.

- Blue Line: Take the free On-Airport Shuttle (Bus 22, 33 or 55) to the Airport Station, Take the Inbound Blue Line to State Street. The hotel is a short 3 minute walk (0.1 miles) from the station.
- Silver Line (Free from Airport): Take the SL1 bus from any terminal to South Station. From there, it is a 10-minute walk or a quick transfer to the Red Line (one stop to Park Street).

- Drop-off Point: Ask your driver to drop you off at the Museum's main entrance on Science Park. This provides the most direct access to the reception area.
Public Transit (The "T")

- Route: From the Omni Parker House, walk 3 minutes to Government Center Station. Take the Green Line (E Train) outbound toward Medford/Tufts.
- Exit: Get off at Science Park/West End. The Museum is a short, 5-minute walk from the station across the Charles River Dam drawbridge.
